A Bronx Tale...

I recently stopped by to visit Pat up at City Island Bait and Tackle,
on City Island Ave. in the Bronx. I see Pat at the distributor shows
every year, so it was about time I swung up there. He's a bait supplier,
in addition to running a tip-top tackle shop.

City Island is one of the top angler locales in all of New York City, and Pat's stocked
and ready for business, from basic loose bluefish chum hooks to Jeros
Tackle's new Pro Series of Hooks and Rigs.

Here, Pat's featuring Jeros Tackle's brand new Snap-On Popping Floats.
You just can't miss the distinctive Southern style green body and
hi-visibility white and fluorescent orange striping. 2" -5" in length,
weighted or non-weighted, the PF/PFW series offers an alternative to
those tired, home-packaged snapper poppers flooding the industry.

I can't mention this shop without talking about "Blue".
And No...I didn't stick my finger in the cage.
